Capital Gate
Situated in the heart of Liverpool, Capital Gate comprises of over 400 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, arranged in four to six-bed flats with shared kitchen and living facilities, perfect for sharing with friends or meeting new people. There are also a limited number of studio flats which can be dual occupancy, perfect for more independent student living or student couples.
Capital Gate is in a great location for students of all universities in Liverpool and is situated in a popular student area with many shops nearby and just 10 minutes from Liverpool Lime Street train station with local and national travel links. Dams worked closely with the main contractor and the client to create a clean, fresh bedroom design that created space, flexibility and plenty of storage solutions, in addition to a range of loose soft seating and kitchen furniture specifically designed for the student market.
Studying in an exciting, new city is a fantastic experience, and it’s even better when you know you’re living somewhere safe, comfortable and inviting. A bespoke designed en-suite room has all the benefits of a standard room but gives students just that bit extra to chill out and really call their space home.
